Refunds

If for any reason you're unhappy with your item please notify us at info@yeyeoqueensteam.com we will issue a refund with 24 hours of receiving the email.

We will notify you once we’ve received your email we will contact you when approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
